I just wrote an email to my daughter's asst. principal about bullying that is

going on. I hope I have a good response. Unfortunately, it is easier to have

them step in with bullies than the bigger problem which is the ostracism that

she is experiencing.

YAY YAY YAY!!! So happy to hear that Becky! It's good to hear a school actually

DO something, but mostly happy for Nick. And for you!

the boy in that had been bullying Nick. He also pulled bystanders in. The boy

confessed to everything, apologized to Nick and wrote a letter to our family

apologizing and promising that he would never do the bullying again. He was

also put on a behavior plan by the school and everything was documented. He was

informed that if the behavior happened again, the police would be contacted

(North Dakota's new bully law just went into effect Jan. 2012). Our OCD kids

have enough challenges without having to deal with this too.
