Guest guest
Hi everyone, Thought I'd share this info with you. Thank you. Picky eaters are commonly found in children on the autism spectrum. It is defined as a restricted diet, where a child excludes many different foods. Many picky eaters avoid foods simply because they do not seem like food, such as certain fruits look like something inedible. This is a challenge that often parents face with their children when they refuse to consume certain types of food. Although no one really knows what causes picky eating, it can be overcome. This free, online webinar will address these challenges and discuss strategies on how to move toward effective intervention through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Hosted by the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Moving Past Picky Eating is available through an online webinar on 10/18/11 from 5-7pm PST and 10/21/11 from 12-2pm PST. Do not wait as space is limited. RSVP to a.reyes@....
