Guest guest
My daughter is 7 and she seems to be yearning for friends her age but she lacks the conversation and social skills to keep the other girls attention and/or interest. Does anyone know of any conversation exercises or anything like that that we could work on at home to help her practice talking to her peers? She isn't mildly autistic but she is still lacking enough in the social area for it to be causing her a problem. She is conflicting with herself over wanting to have friends and how to execute making and keeping them. She opens up to me a lot more lately, I need ideas on how to get her to do it with kids at school as well.
