selinium? what if one was gtold much years back they are of tocix of

selenium? How does one work that which some might be to need but some

like of self are of at a tocix level of it. so how do I to counteract

of it?

What would be of the symptoms of being toxic to this? I to know one can

be of toxic as well as be defieicient of it because instead of it being

to work as it should it gets blocked and stored and thus the toxic

levels of it? but I to lack knowing does one then take of selinium or

do they avoid of it? do they take of somethings else to get the

selinium to work in the body?
