Guest guest
Well...we had a baby a month ago and our families were here for the holidays...so yes, there has been some stress and little sleep. He's probably going to take antibiotics as his profession (actor) depends on how he looks. A few months of swelling is not acceptable! I'm trying to get him to rest. He should rest, take immune system supporters, take antimicrobials (e.g. coconut oil, kimchi) and avoid bug feeders like sugars and starches. If you have money to burn, a few bottles of Schulze's Echinacea Plus might be in order too. Maybe also wet heat. Good luck! -
Guest guest
Thanks for the advice--the swelling hasn't gotten any worse since yesterday, but he did take some antibiotics. I'll get him to take probiotics too...getting him to rest is the hardest (and probably most important!) step here.
