I can help you with this one. Red raspberry leaf tea is safe and is a tonic

for the whole reproductive system. Ginger root can be used in a pinch if she

gets sick to her stomach. Make sure she starts eating smaller meals more

often (6 small meals a day instead of 3 large). Have some dry cereal or

crackers at her bedside, so when she wakes up in the morning she can munch

some right there. The idea is to have something on her stomach as much as

possible during the first 3 months, this seems to help with morning sickness
