I came across this and I thought I would share....

Sometimes people have a hard time with the fact that you don't always see a

weight loss when you do taebo, or atleast it is a slow loss. The logical

explanation for this is that you are replacing fat with muscle and muscle

weighs more than fat.....we've all heard that, right.

Well, how 'bout putting it this way. Suppose you compare the size/volume of

one pound of marshmellows (fat) to the size/volume of one pound of meat.

They both weigh one pound.....but look at the difference in size!!!

Just another way of looking at things................
