Guest guest
You may want to read " The Cholesterol Myths, " by Dr. Ravnskov (use search engine) to see if cholesterol is really " bad " , and if it is really too " high " . This book may give you an entirely new perspective on the subject. If you still want to lower your cholesterol, try a product called Rescue 1250. See: http://www.n3inc.com/ Bob B. Guest guest
About Rescue 1250 -- no, I haven't had time to track it down... but it seems to work; helped my wife's sister a lot! You may want to check with the manufacturer. Sorry I don't know more... Bob
Guest guest
Hi,I hate to write here, but I am surprised that no one on the list except me, knew that the FDA allowed a claim " TO LOWER CHOLESTEROL " to made for beta glucan, maybe its because I used to post thousands of pages here for years and years. m. Guest guest
Mati- >So is mid-range LDL normal with aging, but signaling a problem if it >shows up early? > Or is this an Italian thing? Like, to be eating Italian and have > abnormally low LDL, you have to have something else wrong? There's no real reason to be concerned about LDL levels per se at all. OXIDIZED LDL, of course, and as I think I remember Chris noting, people eating modern diets are going to tend to have higher levels of oxidized LDL as their levels of LDL rise, which leads to the seeming link between LDL itself and heart disease. -
