Ella,

Thanks for sharing your story :) The first thing you will learn here

is that you NEVER have to apologize for bragging about your

accomplishments! We love to hear about everyone's success and

encourage everyone to brag about even their slightest

accomplishments! You will fit right in here as we are always telling

each other to stay away from the scale and focus on what's happening

inside first and to go by the way your clothes fit, instead of the

actual number on the scale! For those of you who weren't at

QVC....Ella looks terrific! Congratulations on everything you have

accomplished these past two years :) Welcome to our little Tae-Bo

family :)

Ella is actually in one of my pictures. She's in the group photo

before the 11am workout. She wasn't facing the camera, but she's

wearing a white tee-shirt.

I totally agree with this! I finally have found the frame of mind to not care

about the numbers on the scale. I've been doing Tae Bo since January 3, have

lost 11 inches. I've also lost 3% of my body fat, which equates to 9.15 lbs of

fat lost and 4.15 lbs of muscle gained. That's only a 5 lb loss but man, do I

feel great about myself!

(who is still thrilled that I talked to and is hoping to someday meet

everyone here!)

Ella, that is a great story and very inspirational. I know it will motivate

many people.

It was great to meet you and very happy to find out we live so close. I am

looking forward to working out together sometime soon.

This is a great list, welcome.
