Article 3, General Principle 1

The purpose of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is " to

promote, protect, and ensure the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights

and fundamental freedoms by all persons with disabilities, and to promote

respect for their dignity. "

In an attempt to ensure that ALL the general principles of the convention are

adopted and adhered to by all nations, and to reverse the damage already done by

such laws as the Autism Registry law in New Jersey, I have been writing the

world's governments to that end.
