Cayenne Pepper and Oranges

The other day, my sister told me that when she was in Yucatan, the

street vendors peeled oranges, leaving the white stuff on, cut them in

half and sprinkled them with cayenne pepper. Well, on my way home, I

had to stop by the store and get some oranges.

Although this sounds a little strange, Cayenne pepper and Oranges are

made for each other. It is yummy! Also Cayenmne pepper on Melons is

great and have been doing this for some time now.

Love that Cayenne Pepper and so do my dogs!

This morning I gave my dogs RAW chix necks, homemade yogurt from RAW

goat milk, freshly pressed garlic, a whole RAW egg, and sprinkled

Tumeric and Cayenne pepper on top. The bowles were spankin clean and

the dogs were dancing for joy.
