Well, after all this fussing over my " extra " calories. I realized I was

calculating wrong. I was trying to calculate for my goal weight. Which for

now is 130, instead of my present weight. Which I THOUGHT was 150. (It went

up during my pregnancy scare this last three weeks). Well, I got on the scale

so I could do it right this time and I'm down to 144. A few more pounds and

I'll be back on track. I also measured and 3 inches off the belly and one off

the waist since QVC. Thank goodness!!!!!

(Of course this means less calories lol). So I will " try " and work with the

1872 which seems more reasonable than 1690.

Also I want to clarify something. I am not a workout-aholic. I do my hour of

cardio, but my yoga and belly dancing etc. are hobbies and all though they

require some exertion (sometimes, not all the time) they are by no means

strenuous. I would never be so stupid as to workout for hours at a time. I'm

just trying to keep my life outside of my cardio from being sedentary. Since

I am not working right now, I am not walking to and from work, to lunch, up

and down the stairs etc. So I'm just trying to make up for it. I didn't want

to set a bad example for someone else, so I felt I needed to clarify that.

BTW, I think the belly dancing has done incredible things for my self image

as I was born with a very curvy body. It has haunted me all my life, but in

this activity it actually comes in handy. Right now, I am only performing for

myself and the cats though and will probably leave it at that.
