In a message dated 2/1/2011 12:02:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, no_reply writes: FEMA is on the alert, and the city I live in has called all the residents telling them not to travel innecessarily.The 31 inches on the latest computer model is in addition to the two to three inches we getting now, and the two to three inches we are supposed to get before the storm hits. I just got done shoveling, and from the " feel " of the weather and the type of snow and how it is packed, I can tell that there is a good chance we will get walloped.
