I've been seeing a lot of that junk in the rest of the media. The local paper in the last couple of months alone has had articles about studies supposed linking closely spaced births and proximity to highways as causes of autism. I pointed out to some people who were talking about this that I know people with autistic children and many of them have only one child which itself puts a hole in that argument. As for the freeway angle, some of the people I know live far from anything like a major roadway and I certainly didn't.
