Egypt is supposed to have slipped some members of its commando group 777 into Lybia to help the rebels. It is also believed that the US and UK have commandoes in the country as well, though probably mostly for recon and intelligence collection than actual fighting. Then again, they might be helping out given how screwy this administration is.
