And of course the crime rates will go up if they are released. These liberal judges never seem to understand that or maybe they do but won't let reality trump their ideology.

Of course is would help a great deal is California would enforce its border and kick the illegal inmates back to Mexico. Illegals are a large part of the prison population in California and removing them would probably bring the number close in line to what the Court Mandarins say it should be in the prisons.
