E.coli death toll climbs to 20

The death toll in Europe from the outbreak of a virulent strain of E. coli

bacteria rose to 20 on Saturday with several German tourists hospitalized in

Finland and Italy.

Meanwhile, bacteriologists in Germany the deadly infection initially came from
