Please criticize what I ate yesterday

First of all, let me say thank you for being willing to do this for me.

I am having trouble with my food intake the last few days. I am

eating far too little food, or it seems like far too little food. I

gag when I put the wrong foods in my mouth, and I don't quite know

what to do other than try to find more of the right foods. I do seem

to be full and functioning on these amounts, I just feel like I'm not

putting enough into my mouth.

I lost 5 lbs since I got laid off last week, I do not want to lose

anymore. I am 5 ft 5.5 in and currently 123 lbs. I would like to be

128-132 lbs, but that is a battle uphill.

This is what I had yesterday:

Breakfast: White Sourdough toast dipped in 3 warmed egg yolks (still

completely liquid), a large pat of butter (almost 1 Tbsp), a whole

grapefruit.

Lunch: Whole can of Norwegian Brisling sardines mashed onto crispbread

(non-NT, ran out of sourdough), 3 Tbsps dessicated coconut mixed with

1 Tbsp coconut oil

Snack: Approx 4 oz Homemade Yogurt

Dinner: Sushi (Dragon Roll [cooked], Tuna Roll [raw]), Seaweed salad

Snack: 1 oz Naturale Salame (no nitrites or preservatives, with lactic

acid culture)

I don't have any nutrient values for the sushi, but this is what

everything else adds up to:

1234 calories (approx. 627 calories from Fat), 76.2g Fat (38.45g

Saturated), 840.5mg Cholestorol, 56.53 g Protein, 83.8g Carbs.

Approximately 50% of the calories are from Fat and approximately 50%

of the fat is Saturated. This is much higher than I usually eat.

I calculated my calorie requirement for my ideal weight and current

activity level according to this equation: (655+(9.6*58 kg)+(1.8*165

cm)-(4.7*21 years)*1.2 Sedentary Activity level) = 1693 calories.

Would the sushi make up for the 450 calories I'm missing?

Thanks again!

-Lana
