This is how we should prepare to respond, by going after Chinese merchant ships, backed up with the promise of nuclear oblivion if China launches an EMP or straight nuclear strike against the US. Its a pity that the US has built a handful of gigantic submarines and carriers rather than a fleet of at least a dozen smaller attack boats, though I'm sure more could be built for each carrier. If the Chinese want to place commerce raider, we should be ready to do the same.
