From what I've read this judge is in a pretty liberal district and is herself liberal. No real surprise that this happened though. I didn't expect the courts to be very warm about a law the politicians passed because it was actually needed and the majority of the people support it.

That's interesting how they think. They want someone else to pay for their free stuff but as the "rich" begin to fall under the burden, they want to ramp it up on those who remain rather that give up their freebies.

Likewise what a lot of people don't understand is that public sector unions are different from private sector unions. If private sector unions increase cost of labor, that gets passed on by an increase in the cost of goods and services. Some recognize this and bad mouth the unions, when they aren't around, but take no real action against them. Public sector unions on the other hand, pass the costs of more expensive labor on through higher taxes and greater government debt. I suppose since a lot of people don't pay taxes, or don't think they do because of withholding taxes and other less visible taxes, they don't care. They don't realize that eventually it will cause the government to fail and take all their freebies with it.

No worries. Thanks to all the spending the Democrats have done over the years, Wisconsinites are now faced with the reality that their state is essentially bankrupt. When the people see their taxes raised to pay the debt, they will be on the side of the Governor. Well, no, that's not true either. My Democrat Wisconsinite relatives think only the "rich" should be taxed to pay for the debt, and if those Republican b@st@rds start taxing EVERYONE to pay for the debt the Democrats racked up, that would be UNFAIR!Administrator
