Beets/nuts bone broth 1 sausage/peas/butter/ green tea with coco milk honey/ coconut cream It seems like the morning after any coconut cream is when I get attacks. Nausea woke me up this morning and my heartrate was pounding and I had eaten a lot of coconut cream last night. I didn't think I was making that many changes, just cutting back on some carbs. Some of the days I felt bad I was even eating quinoa. I'm probably eating too late and my gallbladder can't keep up with those coconut quantities. I think I'm having some liver issues too. I really like the idea of 3 meals a/day. It makes sense but you're right , I need to go very slowly. I'm also wondering if Rind is correct or incorrect about the more frequent/small meals with the adrenals. Maybe he means just during the healing phase. This whole subject came up b/c I wasn't feeling great that way either and that's when I put the first menu up. We'll see what happens next. Guest guest
Crayfish, I don't know if you might have a problem with coconut but I think you said in an earlier post that you were using Tropical Traditions? I've heard of several people that don't do well with Tropical Traditions and have moved to other brands. I don't know what symptoms they had but muscle testing confirmed the problem for some of them on that brand only. Good luck! Guest guest
I don't know if this is relevant to you, but I have trouble with coconut products. If I have more than a tablespoon of coconut cream or milk or oil I have stomach pain for hours. I try to have a tablespoon a day, but it can really get to my stomach -- and I should emphasize, I have a cast-iron stomach, almost NOTHING bothers it, except coconut. Which is weird, because I am part-Hawaiian! It's my native food, you would think!
