That's not anything like what I meant to say. I thought you were

asking for a definition of a convection oven and I posted an official

one for you. A convection oven is an oven with a fan. I used to work

in bakeries and they are used for commercial bread baking, but I've

never used a home version. It seems to me if the mini-oven--no matter

the shape--has a fan built in that keeps the hot air moving around the

food then it is a convection oven. I suppose they vary in effectiveness.
