Horrible concept, but realistic. rl 'My cat Rusty is a servant of the Living God....'adapted from a poem by SmartFrom: "VISIGOTH@..."

Angel's Feathers. The code name of a terrorist who attacks by bombing large, glass fronted buildings during a major event with big crowds. The shards of glass raining down for blocks causing heavy casualties.

So far this has only happened in Ghost in the Shell. What I find interesting about it is because of the terror rumblings that have been coming from the government and also how this has happened indirectly in certain bombings, like the African embassy bombings. Always something new to think about with this series.

Yes it is. I remember a scene in "Towering Inferno" where the firemen talk about pulling the people back for several blocks because of the falling glass as windows burst from the heat. I'm not sure it will ever happen though because of the difficulty of getting a large enough bomb into the building when a major event is going on outside. Banker meetings were one of the number of things mentioned in the show. Still, I suppose it could be done by a determined and clever enough group.

You don't need a bomb to do that. You need a boom. If you could produce sound at

such a frequency as to shatter the windows -like an opera singer shattering a

wine glass- you could cause all that glass to fall on people.
