Guest guest
Hi, I just spoke to WFN and was told the tetra packs do contain xanthan gum. They will have gum free coconut milk in glass bottles when the FDA approves them. They needed to go thru re-approval because they switched the source country. It used to be from Sri Lanka. Used to be guar gum, I think. Not that it makes a difference. >They will have gum free coconut milk in glass bottles when the FDA >approves them.
