I have not been able to work out this week due to eveyones work schedule and the mornings are the only time I can work out. Luchina, What an awesome, inspiring post You have just mentioned all the incredible benefits of Tae-Bo that we get without even realizing it! Most of us start off wanting to lose a few pounds, but what we gain in the process is a sense of who we are and the realization that who we are is something entirely separate than what we weigh I completely understood everything you wrote about! Thanks for sharing your experience and all that you have gained!
