Dried coconut and anti-nutrients

I get organic dessicated coconut from my local coop. Its only 1.99 a

pound and I can order it in bulk for only $1.60 a pound (10 pounds).

I have been eating a good amount of it in various things lately,

mainly porridge, and know it contains a good amount of nutrients

(http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-B00001-01c20o7.html), and was

wondering if coconut has any anti-nutrients in it.

I was thinking since it is a nut it might have a good amount of phytic

acid and enzyme inhibitors, but never recall reading anything like

that in NT.

Does anyone know?

It seems as though the phytic acids should be in the inedible hard-as-a-

rock outer shell of the coconut.

As far as I know, the only antinutrient in a coconut is its shell.
