I believe one of God's purposes for us is discovery of our world (through science and other disciplines) and, ultimately, through this knowledge of Himself. This is one of the reasons I don't see science and religion as an either/or proposition. There is also evidence in all scientific arenas that point very convincingly toward a " God hypothesis. Romans 1:20 says " For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities- his eternal power and divine nature- have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.
