i've used it because i heard fantastic things about it. i guess i was perhaps

in better shape than i thought because i saw / felt no significant effects from

using their program, of which the colon cleanse was just a small part.

BUT i chose it because of fantastic testimonials from friends and peers i

respect and admire for their knowledge about health. seemingly, it is a very

compound program, well thought through and packed with seriously potent

nutritional supplements.

i like to use straight psyllium husks to scrape the walls down and move things

out quickly and pascalite clay to soak up the toxins, and 10-15 garlic cloves

3-4 times a day to kill the parasites and other uglies. i do this cleanse for

5 days every 2 or 3 months.

however, i'm not sure i would recommend this for anyone who doesn't have a

pretty strong constituion already. it's a bit intense. i've done a much gentler

version of this for my mom and with great results.

Does anyone know if this is an OK colon cleanse. My mom is wanting to

start a colon cleanse and this is the one her friends are using, just

wanted to know if it was natural and if anyone else had used it.
