Guest guest Posted January 11, 2006 Report Share Posted January 11, 2006 Wowzers! I have some sauerkraut on the go right now and I have never seen a ferment this active!! I left the inch of space and it quickly ate it up, every morning I have to clean up a puddle of ferment juice that had forced itself out and it is major bubbly!! Today is the third day, should I refridgerate as normal or wait till the bubling stops or what? -- Mrs. () Siemens Blessed to be his helpmeet, 7 years and counting!!!
