Unlike the border with the US, Mexico uses the miltiary to patrol the southern border and is very strict about keeping illegal immigrants OUT of its own country. If Mexico spent less time fighting beefed up US border security and supported the building of the border fence and military patrols on our side, they'd have a lot less trouble on their own side of the border.
