But what comes next? In Egypt the Muslim Brotherhood is talking of "purifying" the existing Constitution and writing a new one once they come to power. That should be interesting.

A new rationing would work better. It would throw the West into economic and political turmoil while bringing in vast amounts of money. Think about reducing oil output to make oil $200 or more per barrel.
