If you're a veggie or vegan I can't help, but if you're lactose intolerant, kefir CAN help, and if you hate that "plain yoghurt" taste, you can put fruit in with the kefir and make delicious smoothies :-) Of course your dogs may not like it that way - mine prefer it plain :-) Cheers, and the K9's Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
