Guest guest
''How do you wash it?'' When you use it! I take out what I need, resqueeze the air out and seal the bag and wash all that I am using. They really stay fresh this way. I usually seal them in the bags that I get from the store when I purchase them--as long as the veggies are relatively dry. Some of these stores have water spraying all the time-I don't shop there:)) That only makes your veggies last a few days:((You can wash it all first, but that is time consuming and you would need to redry everything before sealing. You would also want to rerinse it before eating so why not just wait and wash it once-anyway, thats what I do. Joanne L. Guest guest
I wash all mine at once: carrots, beets, celery, boch choy, cabbage, spinach, apples/fruts etc..... I than let it drain on bar towels, propped to drain. I put a bar towel in the bottom of my fridge/crisper, throw my carrots, beets, apples, etc/root stuff. I semi dry the spinach and place a paper towel in a produce bag (which I don't trust) squeeze the air out and put eveything in the drawer covered w/ a bar towel that has moisure from draining them (wrung out good) .
