This may be what all the Middle East stuff is about. China is heavily invested

in oil production in the countries which are currently being destabilized. With

us backing the land rights of other countries in Asia, China is going to have

trouble getting oil from there too. I think for China to maintain its economic

pace, it needs oil, and if we try and strangle them, they will get more and more

aggressive. Look for a diplomatic fallout fairly soon.
