And where have they been for the last 20 years? Some 2 million people have been killed or driven out of the country in that time. It has been the Muslim and largely Arab dominated north attacking the largely black African Christians and animists in the southern and western parts of the country. Many people have been calling attention to this but the US, EU, UN, etc. have turned a blind eye to it. What's their game now?
