Now this is interesting. North Korea has long been known to have a biological weapons program. If a previous outbreak was in South Korea (the Chinese didn't say which) that would have been a test run for the germ. North Korea is known to have terrorists ties so they could have sold a batch to any number of terror groups who could then have used the stuff for an attack.

Funny how weakness in past wars is coming back to haunt us now.
