If a previous outbreak was in South Korea (the Chinese didn't say which) that would have been a test run for the germ. North Korea is known to have terrorists ties so they could have sold a batch to any number of terror groups who could then have used the stuff for an attack. Funny how weakness in past wars is coming back to haunt us now. In a message dated 6/3/2011 5:21:53 P.M.
