Comfort Zone is pheromones. Calms dogs (with the dog unit) and destresses them. I have a friend that used it with one of her Sheps and it completely put the dog at ease. He was chewing/scratching the doors down. A lot of customers gave me great comments on them. Look it up on google. I am sure you can get a much better explanation than I can give. Just a thought. Guest guest
Deborah, Did you get all the teeth??? Are any tender to her when you apply slight pressure? I would think a sting would be gone by now unless the stinger is still there and it is infected... How does her mouth look now?KLSIRDDOGS@... wrote: Howdy all!I put my dog back on the raw diet last Thursday. She ate raw hamburger and yogurt since her mouth was so swollen and bright pink/red. I fed her only raw hamburger, yogurt, chicken for days. I fed no bones to only teeny tiny little bones. She couldn't eat bones as her mouth was way too tender. She looks better now and I can get her to eat chicken bones if I cut up the pieces to manageable pieces. I can't just give her a carcass and her attack it as she did before. I have heard that bee stings can last three weeks or so. Should I still be hopeful this was a sting or bite or should I be thinking there is a tooth problem? Her sting/bite problem is now 10 days old. I sure hope this is just a sting/bite thing!!! THANKS! Deborah
Guest guest
Hi Deborah, I think that after 10 days, it's about time to see the vet and get those teeth checked out. I cannot see that a sting, or even an allergic reaction to a bite or sting, would last that long. At least it would give you peace of mind to get her checked. I would continue to hack the chix bones into " bite-sized " pieces or, if you have lots of boneless meat, you could save your eggshells, dry them out and either put them in a coffee grinder and grind them up or pound them with a rolling pin. Give 1/2 teaspoonfull per pound of meat for pure calcium carbonate. Cheers, and the K9's > I have heard that bee stings can last three weeks or so.
