Guest guest
Hi Suzanne, I have several questions (and some information) about your below post. First of all, can you tell me the difference between SuperFood and super tonic? Second, what is the purpose for drinking lemon water? And how much lemon do I need to put in water (personally, I dislike the tartness of lemon and don't even care for it when a restaurant puts a slice of lemon over the edge of my glass of water. But if there is a useful purpose, I can always bite the bullet and gulp fast. My last question is I have looked in the files and haven't found the organic iron. Where should I be looking? And, FYI, I found that one of your links has been switched to a new page. You recommended: www.sunfood.net/recipes.html It has been changed to: http://www.fredericpatenaude.com/ Thanks much, Terri Lynne On Wed, 25 Aug 2004 07:51:08 -0700 (PDT) Suzanne <suziesgoats@...> writes: Hi Terri Ok... I'll add to Don. If you don't have a juicer.... you can use a blender... if you have neither... start eating fruits and veggies raw or LIGHTLY steamed. If you can't juice, drink as organic or pure juices as you can find...(not frozen).. Start taking super tonic daily (recipe in the files - easy to make)... also calcium... plus get yourself some MSM (the best you can find or order it in bulk at herbalcom.com..) This along with the organic iron will do wonders for osteo and arthritis. I take mine in powder form in my morning drink. I was doing it 2-3 times a day when I had the arthritis in the knee cap problem.. Drink plenty of lemon water. This is a good place to start. It won't be easy changing...but you will see the results... Get yourself some pumpkin/sunflower seeds.. you can soak them overnite... to snack on... wheatberries are another good one to sprout and nibble... You can even mix them after they dry out... Check the recipe files in the archives... also go to www.living-foods.com/recipes www.sunfood.net/recipes.html http://www.livingnutrition.com/recipes/ www.vegweb.com/food/raw www.rawtimes.com http://www.rawfoodlife.com/raw_food_recipes.html http://www.nextag.com/buyer/outpdir.jsp?nxtg=39677c_5471340F99D3A72C & node=2700000 & search=raw+food+recipe Also your epsom salt baths... have a cup of ginger tea while doing this... also ginger salts are good in the hot bath.. Now that you have all the goodies (kitchen utensils) you are on your way. What you need is some direction. __________________________________________________
