Posted: Thursday, May 5, 2011 7:43 pm

ALACHUA -- Two teens have been arrested after attacking an autistic 21-year-old

man who was standing outside a daycare center.

Willie Taiwan Rollins, 18, and Willie Clarence Fairley, 16, were arrested and

charged with abuse of a disabled adult.

They attacked the man on Thursday, April 28 around 7:30 a.m. as he stood outside

an Alachua daycare center.

" Rollins and Fairley struck the victim several times in the face and then fled

the scene, " Alachua Police Officer Sandusky reported.

Sandusky said that neither man gave a reason for why they attacked the autistic

man.

Rollins was taken to the Alachua County jail, and Fairley, who is a juvenile,

was taken to the Juvenile Assessment Center.
