Individual mandate meant to punish self employed and insured.

Today in court, the Obama administration admits that the individual mandate is a punishment for being self-employed and being self-insured. To get around that, earn less money they say.

My rates shot up under Obamacare and if I lose my current policy my rate will double again at least meaning I couldn't afford insurance even though I want to have it. That means under the all wise, all compassionate Obama, I could be heavily fined and end up in prison for the felony of not having insurance.
