Guest guest
Hello all Can anyone help with " MCAS " ? I'm wondering if this is " McCune-Albright Syndrome " / " Albright's disease " . Context (Emergency Room report): " ATCD fam: Mere - MCAS - > decd. Frere - " Precoce? " The patient, with unstable angina, has suffered " Fx hanche droite + radius [something illegible] " . Given the bone fractures mention of a family history of Albright's disease would seem reasonable, but am I being too quick to jump to conclusions in assuming that the (Quebec) French-speaking doctor is using an English abbreviation? Thanks for any help All the best Owen Owen Beith Freelance Translator ES/FR/PT->EN London E2 9JG +44 (0)20 8981 9879
