Guest guest
I spoke to the next-door neighbor today and he said that the hawk has been having some success. A few days ago he came home and the hawk was on the ground between our yards eating a squirrel. A few days before that he drove up and interrupted the hawk as it was diving down on a squirrel. I suppose that answers the question of why so many female squirrels are obvious having litters but the numbers never go up.
