This shouldn't be a surprise. Its been happening in public schools for a while now just it usually doesn't make it into the news. Kids not much older that these are getting pregnant in this city, so much so that some years ago city officials were wondering how long it would be that a 10 year old would get pregnant since 12 and even the odd 11 year old has turned up pregnant.
