That's funny in a sad way. Outbreaks have happened before and will continue to happen no matter how tight the government tries to make the regulations. All the government will do is ratchet up regulations, and fear, until food companies start to collapse under the expense and trouble of complying with them all. In addition, they might even make the problems worse because they might end up contributing to even more dangerous germs in future as present ones adapt to the new assaults against them.
