A lot of toxins in the blood will do that. Are you doing anything to cleanse your blood? Taking burdock, red clover, drinking wheat grass juice or beet juice? You can also inject the Wheat grass juice into the rectum and retain it for 20 minutes. This will help a lot in moving toxins from the liver. There are a number of things you can do to facilitate the liver cleansing. Doing a complete liver cleanse and then a body cleanse. Drinking 2 ounces of fresh Wheat grass juice daily. Drinking fresh beet juice daily. Doing a juice cleanse will help facilitate it. Have you been back to your EFT since your last visit in March? Might not hurt to go and talk with him/her and possibly have another session. Might be all that is needed to finish it off. Just some food for thought. Do continue with the castor oil packs. You might also consider hot epsom salt baths too, three times a week or more if you wish. Just make sure you use about a pound or epsom salts or so. Then soak in it for as long as you wish but preferrably 40 minutes minimum. I really hope that you get feeling better. Peace be with you Beverly. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
hi don and thank you! I am taking burdock, red clover, and a green drink with beet juice, wheat grass and all sorts of stuff as of tuesday also so this is a fairly big detox happening. the green is called GREENS FIRST. tastes yummy too! I may consider the wheat grass enema. cant hurt. I also did another energy field therapy on tuesday called NMT Neuromodulation Technique. I go about once a month and we have made incredible progress since May!!! YEAH! it really seems to settle emotional disruptions easily and facilitates detoxing. We did a huge amount of work on PTSD issues. it was very difficult emotionally to deal with but the method makes it relatively easy and fast. Its the physical pain in the liver that concerns me. I have also added a regimen of a fairly good dose of Vitamin C in the morning with my greens. I do have epsom salt and i think i will add a long soak a few times a week also. I truly appreciate your advice and time. Anything you can add to this is a wonderful help to me. peace beverly > ================================== > Hi Beverly, > > I am sorry to hear that you are feeling poorly today. Guest guest
Vitamin C works best if taken a few times a day to keep a steady flow through your system. This has to do w/ it being water soluble, hopefully someone else will explain it better. Pam ---------------- /// I have also added a regimen of a fairly good dose of Vitamin C in the morning peace beverly///

C throughout the day like AM, noon, and PM than to take it all at once. Especially if you are going to be taking 10 grams or so. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. We take our bodily processes for granted until they no longer function anymore. When do begin again it can be quite noticable where you wouldn't normally notice anything going on. So I tend to agree with Suzi on this one. You may just be more aware now that you are off the meds and are cleaning up the body. Spread your Vit. C throughout the day. Take some in the AM, around noon, and again before going to bed. You will get more out of it that way. You are welcome Beverly, peace be with you and best to you on your journey to better health. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
