During the French Revolution, the women actually instigated many of the atrocities and were terrifyingly sadistic. For example: a gang of them got bored and stormed the Royal Palace to get Marie Antoinette. They were going to kill her, tear her apart and eat her. They literally did just that to some of the guards who go in their way. Funny thing is that just a year or two before they had professed their undying love for Marie because she was so young and beautiful, fresh blood into the monarchy. The loved young King Louis too for the same reasons. Later, they tortured and beheaded Marie's close friend, put her head on a pike and held it up to the window of Marie's prison cell yelling obscenities such as implications that the two of them had had a lesbian affair and molested Marie's son.

This force could be awful if they are turned loose on the enemy.
