Hi Jo,

I have not even heard of it till now. It does look very interesting for

sure. I would like to hear about this too if anyone has ever tried it or

knows anything about it other than what I read on the site.

addictive as sugar and it turns into sugar in the body. It is best not

to have any breads of any kind, except the Spinach Bread in our

Recipes. It makes it harder to break sugar plus bread cravings when

you have either of them. Also coconuts, other than coconut oil,

contain natural sugars.
