Guest guest
Elections have been problematic in most of Africa since they were first imposed. The trouble is very dismal education of the majority of the people, antagonistic tribes clumped in single countries while the tribes themselves are usually divided up between other countries. Then there is the thuggish mentality of using force to steal control of natural resources, not to mention the theft by those who are actually in the government. I am surprised that he won by only 68% of the vote. Usually the tally is much higher than that. In a message dated 2/20/2011 1:00:06 P.M.
