Jina =================================== Hi Jina, Begin your day by taking Vit. C in some fresh juice. Start with say maybe a teaspoonful or less. You want to reach bowel tolerance and then just backoff a bit. You don't want the runs all the time. Then do this again at noon and again at night. Also make sure you are taking some beta-carotene and getting some selenium in you. Your body needs the antioxidants badly. You will also need to make some time to do a complete bowel cleanse. This is very important for you because your liver needs to get rid of toxins and it can't if you have impacted bowels. Drink lots of freshly juiced vegetable juices. Celery/parsley for the stones and beets juice (along with some other veggies, for your blood and to help detox the liver. Eat all the fresh beets you wish. Eat lots of fresh green leafy vegetables. This will give you lots of fiber. Probably best to stay away from fruits for now so your liver won't have to process so much sugar. Wheat grass (2 oz.) every morning would be very good for you and even injected rectally would really help detox your liver. Just do a bowel cleanse first. Yoga and walking are very good. Do as much as you can and continue to work on it and increase. This will help your body detox as well. Don't forget the warm castor oil packs over the liver area and taking hot epsom salt soaks. Now I won't bullpoop you. You are going to have some really tough days, but then I suspect you already are aware of that. The important point here is to remain positive. No matter what you know that what you are doing is going to help you heal. If you get feeling really crappy it is most likely because of toxins being removed from organs and cells and dumped into your blood stream for removal. It can make your feel awful at times. There is no getting around it. You have to go through this in order to get out of it. You can also eat lots of sprouts. They are very good for you. Any beans, nuts, seeds and grains need to be soaked first for a minimum of 8 hours and should then be sprouted for a minimum of 24 after draining them. This will insure that what you are eating is truly a sprout and not just a soaked grain, nut, seed etc. Do be careful about using detergents of any kind. If you use them with dishes then wear gloves. The detergents will pass through your skin and your liver will have to deal with them. Same goes with shampoos and conditioners. Unless they are 100% natural and chemical free you will be absorbing some chemicals. Small maybe but the liver still has to process them. Best to use as natural as possible in everything. Take in at least a tablespoonful of lecithin granules or liquid lecithin per day. This will help with fat absorption and also help with removing excess fat from the liver. Get some Udo's oil or Hemp seed oil and take a tablespoonful every day as well. This will supply you with the omegas in proper proportion. You are beginning a journey that will become your life as it will continue for the rest of your life, as long as you are serious about your health. We are not talking about just healing here but a way of life to maintain what we gain. You can do it Jina and we are all here for you when you need us. Please do keep us posted and let us know about any problems your are having and any wins that you get. Also, do make sure that your primary care provider knows what you intend to do whether they agree with it or not. Might be best to find yourself a good ND who can also be there to assist you if needed. Just a thought. Peace be with you Jina and my prayers and thoughts go with you on this journey. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. When I was a teenager, I once went running to the doctor with a sample of blood-coloured urine, not thinking that I had consumed beets {LOL} and the K9's
