If you are pretty sure it is gallstones, you could take a mixture of lemon juice and olive oil. The lemon juice dissolved the stones a bit while the olive oil will help you to pass them. My husband took this several times a day for about a week or so and did actually pass the stones. By the time he saw the doctor he found no stones left and my husband didn't have to have his gallbladder removed and has not had problems now for about 10 years. I found this cure in Back to Eden.

You hadn't lifted anything heavy had you? Sounds like a cold settled in the muscle

Got any deep tissue repair oil... or castor oil packs? Also, super tonic, echinacea plus for the fever, chills, ginger root for the the nausea... A hot soak with some ginger root tea would also be a good idea Also mega doses of garlic also... Are you coughing up anything?

I have had this several times within the last several weeks, first I thought it was a flu bug but now i feel it mite be something entirely different, I very seldom have a regular BM, it is always diaherra like, and i can't take my vitamins because this upsets this region too, I wonder whats going on before i make an appointment with a GI doctor? any suggestions here?
